The Pool & Hot Tub Alliance (PHTA) is inviting public review and comments on the revision of the ANSI/APSP/ICC-15 2011 American National Standard for Residential Swimming Pool and Spa Energy Efficiency, also known as the PHTA-15 standard. Public review is an important part of the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) standards consensus development process.
