MASSACHUSETTS – appropriation to keep certain pools and spray pads open

Bill Summary:  This measure appropriates $16,067,412 for the operation of the beaches, pools and spray pools under the control of the department of conservation and recreation, provided that all beaches, pools and spray pools shall remain open and staffed from Memorial Day through Labor Day and that the beaches, pools and spray pools shall be fully maintained. (Item 2800-0501, page 64)
