Summary: The City Council will consider an ordinance repealing and reenacting certain provisions of title 14 of the Municipal Code including adoption by reference of the 2015 editions of the International Building Code, International Residential Code, International Mechanical Code, International Fuel Gas Code, International Plumbing Code, International Existing Building Code, International Energy Conservation Code, International Swimming Pool and Spa Code,International Fire Code, and adoption by reference of the 2017 National Electrical Code of the National Fire Protection Association.

StatusOn June 11, the City Council was slated to consider an ordinance to adopt the 2015 International Building, Residential, Mechanical, Fuel Gas, Plumbing, Existing Building, Energy Conservation, Swimming Pool and Spa, and Fire Codes, and the 2017 National Electrical Code.  Awaiting results of the meeting.
