Bill Summary: This bill concerns appliance efficiency standards. The latest version appears to remove the portable spa update to the 2014 edition of APSP-14. The bill appears to now go back to what is current state law for pool heaters, pool pumps and portable spas. APSP staff is looking into this and will report back.
Status: Passed House February 13 and sent to the Senate. On February 22, the Senate Energy, Environment and Technology Committee amended and passed the bill. Failed upon adjournment.
