Rule Summary: The Department adopted emergency rules and proposed permanent amendments to rules pertaining to pool safety. The rules enable homes with a bedroom that leads into a pool enclosure to be licensed as foster homes or residential group care facilities, as long as safeguards are met.
Status: Hearings will be held on June 7and 8, and written comments will be accepted until June 9.
