Summary: The Center for Healthy Homes and Community Services is inviting those individuals interested in being a part of various work groups related to Public Aquatic Venues such as pools, spas, spray grounds, and floatation tanks to attend a free public meeting on March 30, 2017 at Chesapeake College in Wye Mills, Maryland.  This meeting is intended to provide an overview of the development process and timeline moving forward.  It will also be an opportunity for individuals to hear about and sign up to serve on the various small work groups being set up by the Department on individual sections of the regulations.


The Department is encouraging anyone who is interested in providing input on these regulations to attend.  This includes aquatic venue operators, professionals and the general public.


In order to accommodate more people, the session is being split into morning and afternoon.  The same information will be covered in both sessions.  Please register for only one session to allow opportunity for everyone to participate.
