Bill Summary: This bill pertains to the reinstatement of expired licenses to practice a profession or occupation.  As defined in this section, an expired license means a professional or occupational license that is no longer valid due to retirement or illness and of which the license has bene expired ten years or less.  A license may be reinstated upon the following:
(1) The submission of an application acceptable to the licensing entity;
(2) Payment of the full renewal fee for an active license; and
(3) Payment of any reinstatement penalty that may be required by the licensing entity.
          HB: A hearing was held February 26, 2019.  APSP will report when more information is released.
