Bill Summary: This bill relates to Proposition 65, which prohibits a person, in the course of doing business, from knowingly and intentionally exposing any individual to a chemical known to the state to cause cancer or reproductive toxicity without giving a specified warning.  What this bill intends to do is make the prohibition applicable to any person or business. 

The proposed language reads:

No business or person shall knowingly and intentionally expose any individual to a chemical known to the line 5 state to cause cancer or reproductive toxicity without first giving clear and reasonable warning to that individual. 

APSP is looking for member input/comments on the proposed language and changes.
