Bill Summary: This bill seeks to allow military members and their spouses to engage in the practice of an occupation or profession regulated by the Oklahoma Statutes, subject to the stated circumstances and limitations, without being licensed in this state. This bill also exempts military members and their spouses from paying a license fee.
If adopted this bill will take effect November 1, 2019.
Status: This bill passed the Senate March 13th and was referred to the House. On April 3rd this bill was heard in the House Government Efficiency Committee.
