Summary: The Department proposed amendments to a rule related to labor camp sanitation, including amendments to add a section related to swimming pools.

Section R392-501-16 is a new section and has been added to refer to Rule R392-302 for any swimming pool or spa provided by the operator for temporary labor community occupants.  As stated by the new section, the operator shall comply with Rule R392-302, Design, Construction, and Operation of Public Pools as well as other local health department regulations for all pools or spas made available to labor community members or staff.
