Springhill, Tennessee – Adoption of 2018 Energy Code

Summary: The City staff recommends to the Board of Mayor and Aldermen that to be in compliance with the findings of the State Fire Marshal’s Office the City should adopt by reference the International Energy Code, 2018 edition. The City currently follows the 2009 IECC. Important to APSP members, the 2018 IECC requires compliance with APSP-14 for portable spa energy efficiency and APSP-15 for residential pool and inground spa energy efficiency.
Status: On July 16, 2018 at 7PM the Board of Aldermen will consider the second and final reading of Ordinance 18-11.
