The Train the Trainer program is designed to help you train people—both employees in your workplace, and when you’re conducting training activities in other environments. If you’re a subject matter expert who needs to know how to organize what you know for presentation to others, this is a great opportunity to learn to do it right.
If you would like to organize APSP programs in your workplace or in your community, you must complete this course (not applicable in NESPA areas).
- Write learning objectives that will help communicate learning concepts.
- Organize generic training programs to get the most out of them for participants.
- Learn how to manage the classroom and engage adults in the learning process.
