APSP Industry Summit A two-day networking event that brings together the industry's leaders to address critical topics of the day.
Career Institute-Education The Career Institute is the APSP umbrella for industry education and training, including certification programs and certificate courses. The Career Institute offers webinars on sales and marketing, executive leadership, and other business topics and currently has certification programs for builders and service companies. Check back for more new programs including a hot tub technician certification program and certificate courses for the VGB Act and water quality.

International Awards of Excellence recognizes the beauty and creativity of the best installations of pools, spas, hot tubs, and water features.
The Eagle Award is presented by the APSP Hot Tub Council to recognize an individual who has demonstrated the highest commitment and service to the advancement of the hot water industry.
The INSPIRE Award recognizes a company’s contributions to the hot tub segment of the recreational water industry whose efforts embody an overall spirit of pride, dedication, and service.
The CBP of the Year Award is presented by the APSP Builders Council to a Certified Building Professional® whose accomplishments over a lifetime have made a major contribution to the pool industry profession.
Neil Lowry Memorial Award for Public Health Officials recognizes the contributions of public health officials to the healthy and safe use of recreational water with a $5,000 cash award. For 25 years, Dr. Lowry was a champion of aquatic health and safety.
Regional Shows and Awards Programs Many of the APSP regions sponsor annual industry trade meetings or shows along with awards that recognize the contributions of APSP members to the industry.
Water Safety Month APSP,the National Recreation & Park Association, and the World Waterpark Association have jointly designated May 2009 as National Water Safety Month (NWSM). NWSM recognizes the ongoing need for public education on safer water practices, including swim lessons, the buddy system, parental supervision, following the posted rules, and always being “water aware.”
