Awards Plaque Order Form Information:
Winners will receive one plaque per award obtained. They will be mailed to you within two weeks after the awards presentation. Additional order forms will be available on-site.
After the Event:
Press Release Kit to Arrive by E-Mail:
In December each winner shall receive an additional plaque order form, digital copies of their event photos will be downloadable and a press release kit will be created to assist them in publicizing their success at the local level
