Consumer Problems: If you are a consumer seeking help to address or resolve an issue with a specific contractor or retailer, please contact your local Better Business Bureau at www.bbb.org. The BBB system will lead you through the complaint filing process.

APSP is a trade association and can confirm whether a particular company is a current APSP member. APSP encourages its members to adhere to a Code of Ethics when conducting business. If your complaint involves an APSP member, and if a court, government agency, or the Better Business Bureau validates your complaint, you may submit documentation to APSP from that court or other agency that demonstrates validation. Violations of the APSP Code of Ethics are reviewed for appropriate action. Upon receipt of your documentation, APSP will refer your complaint and the supporting documentation to the appropriate APSP local regional office for review. If the company is not an APSP member, we cannot help you. Your best remedy in that situation may be to pursue the issue with a court, government agency, or the Better Business Bureau.
