• Ticket Distribution: Tickets will not be mailed. You may pick up your tickets at the APSP Booth 1629, located on the Expo floor during show hours, or you may pick them up at the WILL CALL booth, located in the Grand Ballroom A/B foyer, the night of the event, Thursday, November 29.
• Cancellation Policy: Refunds will not be granted after Monday, November 19, 2007.

This is a cash bar event. Credit card will not be accepted as a form of payment.
• Menu Description:
The dinner menu is as follows:
Classic caesar salad: Hearts of romaine lettuce, classically prepared with croutons and parmesan cheese
Roast prime rib of beef au jus and horseradish cream, baked potato and steamed broccoli
Dessert: Chocolate rosen dome

• Photography Opportunities:
The APSP photo booth is located in the Grand Ballroom foyer. Photographic opportunities are available from 6:30 PM to 7:00 PM, and also directly following the awards celebration. This is a complimentary service provided by APSP to complement your press release kit. Please take this opportunity to have your photo taken.
• Awards Plaque Order Form Information:
Winners will receive one plaque per award obtained. Additional order forms will be available on-site.
• Table Assignments:
Table assignments will be managed by APSP.
• After the Event: Press Release Kit to Ship:
The week following the AOE, each winner shall receive digital copies of their photos, a press kit to assist them in publicizing their success at the local level, and an additional plaque order form.
