APSP Advanced Pool Builder Program Offers High-Level Education
Spotlighting important topics challenging today's pool builders, the APSP Builders Council will present the Advanced Pool Builder Program during the 2008 International Pool | Spa | Patio Expo in Las Vegas. This fifth annual two-day educational program provides pool builders with high-level, cutting-edge seminars on current and emerging technologies and concepts. Scheduled on November 16 and 17, the program's planned topics include concrete decks, vanishing-edge and rim-flow pools, construction of large waterfalls, upscale glass tile installation, gunite and shotcrete in pool construction, and advanced hydraulics. 2008 CBP Recognition Ceremony to Be Held on November 17
Alexandria, Virginia (April 7, 2008) — Nominations for the 2008 “CBP of the Year Award” are now being accepted by the Builders Council of the Association of Pool & Spa Professionals (APSP). The award will be presented at the CBP Recognition Ceremony to be held on Monday evening, November 17, during the week of the 2008 International Pool Spa Patio Expo at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas, Nevada. First Ever "CBP of the Year Award" Presented to Albert Rizzo in 2007
Builders Council of the Association of Pool & Spa Professionals (APSP) presented the first ever “CBP of the Year Award” to Albert Rizzo, CBP Certified Building Professional®, of Rizzo Pool Company, Newington, Connecticut. The award was presented at the CBP Recognition Dinner held on Tuesday, November 27, 2007, in conjunction with the International Pool & Spa Expo in Orlando, Florida. Click here for news release.
